PIMPRI CHINCHWAD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION 

WALK –IN- INTERVIEW

FOR POST OF “PROJECT CONSULTANT”

Required for proposed “PCMC-MUHS P.G. Institute” at Y.C.M.

Hospital, Pimpri – 411 018.

PCMC has initiated the process to start its ambitious project of Post graduate Medical Institute at

its 750 bedded Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital, to start MD/MS and Diploma courses in various 

15 medical specialties. PCMC desires to appoint a suitable and expert “Project Consultant” by conducting 

“WALK – IN – INTERVIEW” to assist PCMC authorities in the formation and establishment of PG institute 

as well as to help in obtaining all the necessary clearances from Government of Maharashtra,

Government of India and Medical Council of India as per prescribed norms.

experience for the said post.

Qualification -: MBBS and Post Graduate degree in either clinical or non-clinical Medical

Specialty/ Subject.

Experience -:

1) Minimum 20 years of teaching experience, out of which he/she should 

have worked as a Head of the Department for 5 years.

2) Previous Experience of active participation in the establishment of new 

MBBS medical college or post-graduation institute or experience as a MCI 

team member for inspection of Medical College & Post graduate Medical 

institute would be preferred.

3) Should have thorough knowledge regarding related acts, rules, 

regulations of Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) & Medical Council of India 

(MCI).
