  Mahila Arthik Vikas Mahamandal (MAVIM) invites applications from well qualified and experienced Advocates to be appointed as "Legal Advisor" to MAVIM for a period of 24 months on contractual terms.

 1. Qualification & Experience: The deserving candidates must be a Law Graduate with minimum 10       years experience as a Consultant / Legal Advisor to Government Organisations or reputed                establishments.

2. Nature of job: The Legal Advisor is expected to remain present in H.O. Mumbai minimum for 5         days in a month.  He will advise management on various routine legal issues like MOU or                   agreement with suppliers, staff, consultants, NGOs etc.  He will have to take review of pending          court matters and follow  them up to expedite the results in favour of MAVIM give legal advice on      Personnel Issues like Departmental Enquiries, Punishment, Retrenchment etc.

3. Honorarium:  A consolidated honorarium @ Rs.12000/- per month will be paid.  Eligible and             interested candidates may submit their application along with all documents showing proof of            experience and qualification to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Griha Nirman Bhavan,          MHADA, Mezzanine floor, Kala Nagar, Bandra (E), Mumbai-400051.
